As of July 1 2003;

ALL individuals who purchase

ANY GUN
(excluding Black Powder or Antique)
at a WEARS AUCTIONEERING INC Auction

MUST possess and present, at time of purchase,

a current PERMIT TO PURCHASE.

Wears Auctioneering does not have access to the N.I.C. Database
and this will ensure that individuals who purchase firearms
have been cleared to do so by their local Sheriff's office.

A permit to purchase may be obtained at your local Sheriff's office.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause,
but we will make NO exceptions to this policy.

Have a permit or don't buy.
