1. By placing an Absentee Bid you are authorizing the Auction Company to bid on your behalf up to the limit of your bid. Your bid is irrevocable and non-cancelable.
2. An Absentee Bidder's Fee will be assessed on all absentee bids, Fee = $5.00 per item OR 10% of the winning bid (whichever is greater).
3. Payment IN FULL plus Absentee Bidders Fee due prior to the execution of any Absentee bids. Allow extra time for your mailed bid/check to arrive. ONLY bids that are paid in full in advance will be honored.
4. It is the responsibility of the Absentee Bidder to contact Auction Company regarding the success of the bids placed, Usually next business day.
5. Auction Company will purchase your item(s) at the lowest possible price below your maximum bid. Your bid will be advanced at the going increment.
6. Buyers will have 6 business days in which to pick-up items purchased via their Absentee Bid(s).
7. Whenever possible Auction Company will take possession of Absentee bid items and hold for buyer according to #7. Items left on site at the auction location will be the sole responsibility of the buyer to secure. Additional Handling/Storage fees may apply on large items, call for a quote.
8. Items not claimed by the Absentee bidder will be re-auctioned at the Auction Company's discretion. Auction Commission will be deducted from gross sale proceeds and balance returned to Absentee Bidder.
9. Unsuccessful Absentee Bid payments will be refunded within 5 business days following the auction.
10. Absentee Bid Form MUST be filled out COMPLETELY to be valid.

We are not and do not want to be in the Moving and Storage business, However we are a customer service oriented Auction Company, therefore we are offering the above option to our customers who cannot attend the actual auction. Please be prepared to take delivery of your absentee bid items as stated or make arrangements for pick-up by your selected shipper.
