Personal Property Online Auction Terms:<br>
By participating in this auction, Buyers agree to the following terms. Please read the terms carefully as they are a legal binding contract between you and Bellamy & Co. LLC. All disputes will be settle in Alfalfa County Oklahoma.<br>

If purchases are not settled within 3 business days of the close of the auction, it is in default. Upon default the bidder will be black listed on Bellamy & Co. LLC auctions as well as MarkNet auctions and will be charged 25% of bid price or $500, whichever is greater, and the merchandise will be forfeited back to Bellamy & Co. LLC.<br>
Any items remaining after 30 days of auction close are considered forfeited and become property of Bellamy & Co. LLC. No refunds will be given. Any items remaining on sale site after pickup are subject to forfeit with no refund.<br>

Bellamy & Co. LLC reserve the right to alter this agreement at any time. This will take place by updating this site. Please check back and review these terms as every time you use this site you are agreeing to the terms as they are written at that time.Items being auctioned may be subject to the Sellers confirmation during the auction.Bellamy & Co. LLC reserves the right to cancel any auction at any time for any reason. Auctions are subject to buyer’s premium to determine the final bid price and standard 3.5% transaction fee unless paid with cash or check.<br>

AUTO EXTEND AUCTION: When you bid your max the current bid price doesn't automatically go to your max bid. Someone else has to bid to increase the current price and the computer will automatically bid up to your max in the increments specified. This auction has what is called an auto extend feature, meaning the auction will not close until all bidding parties are satisfied. If any bids are placed within the last 10 minutes of the auction, the bid on lot(s) will extend for 10 minutes. The bidding will extend in 10 minute increments from the time the last bid is placed until there are no more bids, and the lot sits idle for 10 minutes.<br>

All sales are final, a bid is a legal binding contract between you and Bellamy & Co. LLC. Auction Company reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason. All accounts must be settled for at the end of the auction. Payment must be made with cash, a cashier’s check or money order or wired money only. Personal checks only if included with a Bank Letter of Guarantee.<br>

Final purchase price will include sales tax, (if applicable) buyer’s fee and purchase price. If payment is not received within 3 days accounts due will be charged to your credit card with a 3.5% fee.<br>
